Magda Pańczyk

Magda brings nearly 20 years of professional experience gained in international organisations, including Johnson & Johnson, Boston Consulting Group and FedEx. Her background spans business operations, executive support and business coordination.

At Scherer Leadership Center, she oversees day-to-day operations, works closely with clients and partners, and helps ensure business continuity throughout the organisation’s transition process. Magda is open-minded, solution-focused and always willing to support others. She received her education in both Poland and Australia.

Outside of work, she enjoys caring for her indoor plants and taking long walks in the woods with her bull terrier, Dynia.
