About this event
Change is the only constant
This Masterclass is a distillation of what Dr. John J. Scherer and his international colleagues have learned about ‘leading change’, designed for busy-but-committed people in leadership positions who are ready to learn how to facilitate transformation wherever it is needed, enhancing their value to their organization – and to their careers.
‘Management’ means helping people do what they know needs to be done – only better, cheaper, faster every day. VERY important capability – and perhaps one reason you have been promoted to where you are today.
‘Leadership’, on the other hand, means facilitating change – helping people discover new ways of doing things and galvanizing committed action in new directions – perhaps a capability even more important to your future.
If you are currently exercising leadership at any level – from a team of frontline people to a boardroom of executives – you and your career could benefit considerably from learning as much as you can about how to create real change that engages and transforms individuals, teams and larger systems.
If you are responsible for a change initiative in your organization, spend twelve afternoons with Dr. John J. Scherer and his colleagues. They will show you ways how to plan and how to manage change initiatives that succeed.
Learning Objectives
The Leading Change Masterclass will help you:
