Joining a textile manufacturing company in 1999, Amy started to specialise in people and organisation development, again creating self-managed teams, leading the transfer of know-how from the UK to joint-venture partners in Sri Lanka, including Total Quality, Lean and Six Sigma. During this transition, she was responsible for retaining and growing key talent in both the UK and Sri Lanka.

Her last internal/corporate role was VP of Organisational Effectiveness for a biopharmeceutical company, where she led multiple organisational changes as well as a whole-system transformation initiative for her business sector.
