We were invited to work with a team of senior leaders from around the world to help them evolve to the next stage of group effectiveness. They were already a high-performing group but they were interested in becoming even better as one team. We carried out our Action Research process and designed a workshop to link their Below the Waterline themes with their Above the Waterline challenges. The workshop provided an excellent space for all members to identify and work on the changes that were needed and the impetus to begin the process of developing a vision that could be clearly articulated to the wider teams around the world.
