Scherer Leadership International designed and delivered a series of intense training workshops—both group and individual—for members of the senior leadership team of a fast-growing, post-start-up Polish bank which had completed a successful IPO a year or so prior to our engagement. The mandate: accelerate the development of each person from thinking and behaving in a Start-Up mode and start behaving like a Senior Leader in a growing and maturing nationally-known, publically-traded bank. Part of the training was to dramatically improve how these Leaders handled media ‘attack’ or ‘trick’ questions professionally so as to represent the bank and its brand.
