The initial request was for us to work with the Senior Leader of the largest function within a CEE BPO. After our initial interview as part of our Action Research, it became clear to us and our client that the issue was in fact the relational dynamics between the Senior Leader and his Leadership Team. We contracted to work with him and his team via an initial 2-day workshop where all team members could really meet and make contact with one another as people- not just roles/ titles. This proved extremely effective more so because team members were dispersed within the CEE region. As a way to cement the relationships, to bind the team together and to let the entire function feel that they are now one body, we worked with them to plan, design and facilitate a All-Hands workshop day. It was an amazing event and the Leadership Team became highly effective as a unit for many years beyond our work with them.
