• Joanna graduated psychology studies in change management and clinical psychology, as well as journalism at the Jagiellonian University, Krakow, Poland. She has been working as a consultant and trainer for 9 years.
  • She holds certificate of the Polish Mediation Center and finished the course in Leadership Development Intensive – LDI (SchererCenter) and in the Leadership Development – Train the trainers at UTC. From the outset of her career she has been closely working on the area of people management in organizations; from corporate entities (TPSA) to consulting from SME.
  • Joanna has worked on projects in management leadership development with corporate clients such as BZWBK bank, WSK Rzeszow (part of the UTC group), IKEA and with SME. What is more, as a consultant she also participated in organization project among others for Coca – Cola, AmRest and IT companies (SoftwareMind).
  • For 8 years she is has been an associate of HR Compass company providing head hunting and recruitment services (core sectors are IT and chemical industry for agriculture).
    In recent years Joanna focused on development and implementation of projects for Polish tourism (Hilton Garden Inn Krakow among others). Together with her partners she carries out innovative on the Polish market projects combining global OD practices within a Polish context.
  • As a consultant her characteristic is she always looks for ‘how to’ and never gives up. With her clients she builds long-term relations based on honesty and trust. Photography, pottery and sewing are her passion.
